From number 2 there is another cache that you could get as you pass right by it.
Then up the hill to the footpath, which crosses at the waypoint in the centre of the field.
The field can be very muddy, so wear your boots.
After you have found this one then follow the footpath East, which you will pass by a tight section between brambles and fences.
It looks a lot worse than it is. Honest! Just something to be aware of in case you want to wear shorts!
The complete series including the splitter cache is approx 6 miles or 9.5km and should take a couple of hours, depending on your speed. The route is a mix of fields, footpaths and lanes, which does have some styles and hills to negotiate. Have fun out there!
To split the series into two parts would result in one 4 mile or 6.5km route and one 2.5 mile or 4km route.
