As a doctor, I have taken care of a lot people with diabetes over the years and am all too aware of the wide array of complications the disease can result in. I am happy to see awareness of this age old disease being raised and want to remind (as many) people (as will listen) to exercise, eat right and if diagnosed, take especially good care of yourself!
