Can't get this one anywhere near it's travel goal. I can offer up a faimly story. My Uncle Jake, by marriage, was a diabetic. He didn't get, or maybe take, the kind of care he really needed. Over time, he lost first his legs, then his life to diabetes related disease.

Received this in the mail the other day and will start its journey. This disease has affected several people I know. Hopefully all the Diabetes TB will bring greater awareness.
