Our family of five are first time geocachers...we retrieved this travel bug from LaSalle Falls on what was a beautiful (85 degrees) fall day. Our children (Noah-9, Tucker-7 and Grace-4) were thrilled to find a bug on our adventure. I was glad to find a bug supporting a cause that is very close to my heart. My mom has diabetes and has been battling it for 15 years. We will be placing the bug within the next week. We will post where it is...

Ok, this bug is a bit of a mystery...found it in cache GC10HWE and took it along, but it was not logged in the cache log notes or in the paper log. Moved it to another cache and got it logged again.

I don't know how close to Italy I can get this bug, but I will move it along the best I can. My father died from complications to diabetes. He lost his eyesight, had to be on dialysis, and he really did watch what he ate. The disease is awful!! Thanks for spreading awareness.
