Found this in the Virginia Welcome Center, Southside. It was not listed on cache page and I sent a note to the last holder of this TB to see if they could enter it on the page. No response, so I did a 'discovered it'.

whoops. I should have done a 'grab' rather than a 'discover'. This little bug is currently in cache GCW81R in New York. I placed it there before I realized that I didn't have possession of it, and now I can't remember the tracking number, so I can't change it 😡
