Grabbed this one after finally receiving it in the mail. It arrived about a week before we were due to move house so it took a little while to actually get hold of it and prepare it for deployment.
This is such a special cause for us as we daily live with Type 1 Diabetes. For those that don't know what this is it is also called Childhood diabetes and subjects the diabetic to require daily injections of insulin and hormone that helps the body process sugar. These insulin injections happen at least twice a day and can be administered by syringe or pen.
Diabetics run the risk of having 'Hypos' or Low Blood Sugar (LBS) with potentially fatal consequences. This can be caused by not eating enough carbs, exercising (geocaching), general illness. For us we have ended up in hospital a couple of times due to the condition.
