Grabbed from De Anza Bonanza GCVJ4A I'm not sure what to do in this case. I have the TB with me now, but I'm logging this as a "discovered" until the other user logs the TB drop or I get a response from the owner.

Could you please log this bug into your possession and then into the cache you drop it in? http://forums.groundspeak.com/GC/index.php?showtopic=94185 (Link to how to log a travel bug instructions if needed). The Unite For Diabetes TBs are already activated, you just need to log a 'grab' and then post a note on the cache page and log a drop, using the drop down menu at the bottom of the cache log entry page.
