Found this one today at Logan Summit. Really cool TB. Will try to place it somewhere further east or north as it's supposed to be heading overseas. That's gonna be interesting. Diabetes site wants "stories" surrounding their bugs. So here's my donation: I have a cousin (11 yrs. old) that contracted diabetes from a childhood illness when she was about 7 or 8. She's really a trooper about it. SHe was checking and giving her own shots at 8 yrs. old. I can't even imagine. Anyway, diabetes doesn't seem that rough since most people think it's just a dietary and blood thing to keep up with. But actually, I worry all the time about my cousin's diabetes getting worse and her losing an limb or being immobile before she's 20. It's kinda scary. Do what you can to help raise awareness!
