    I'm very aware of diabetes, my parents, aunt and wife's parents all have it. I'm on the verge and trying to fend it off as long as I can.

    Discovered this when doing a TB drop at my cache.

    Diabetes and the related health concerns are very important issues to make everyone aware of. Although not all diabetes is routed in personal diet and exercise choices much if not most is.

    Keep caching for exercise and no fast food on a cache run! Thank you for sharing.
