My best friend in the entire world gave me this travel bug when i saw her over the holidays she flew in from Hawaii...and well I drove to Arizona...so I'm hiding this travel bug in a ghost town northwest of phoniex. Heres to hoping that i've only spread the diabetes awareness :)

still at Wa'ahila view, left it because we all had homework and our next cache will probably be a micro.

Here in Hawai'i many people use bittermelon to aid their type 2 diabetes. Preparation or flavor combinations that reduce its bitter taste are effective and not too difficult. There are even people who make its bitterness disappear into natural unsweetened vegetable smoothies.
