It was hot up there, really hot! Actually made two trips to the cache site today. Upon arriving at the site there was a large truck parked just beyond the wall. I wasn't too sure whether for maintenance or otherwise, but I decided to go to ground zero without my GPS as I had identified the location while driving up the hill. Upon getting to the site with a group of muggles in tow and muggles working on the truck, I proceeded to survey the site to see if I could easily conceal my going for the cache. I determined that I couldn't risk it and continued on a, did I mention that it was hot (above 40C up on the hill), climb to the chapel at the top of the hill, a little dejected because I couldn't get at the cache. We checked out the top of the mountain and the views of Chennai and the chapel, fantastic view! Once again it is one of those places that geocaching takes you that I wouldn't have ever discovered without caching. Coming down from the top of the hill, I ditched all of the muggles accompanying me and checked out the cache site again. No truck, no muggles, good to go!!! Found the cache quickly without the hinderance of muggles. Signed the log, Dropped in "Amla, India" Unite for Diabetes Travel Bug, my real push to get to this cache. Thank you very much for getting me up to this cache. This was my first cache in India and my last day in India prior to flying home.
