I was excited at the opportunity to receive one of these (my first😁) travel bugs. I'm very familiar with diabetes as my wife had gestational diabetes during both of her pregnancies and developed Type 1 diabetes several years later👎. We also raised money for the American Diabets Association with "Team Diabetes" and trained for and completed the Kona Marathon - 2000💀. Anything I can do to help raise awareness is well worth it😁. I'll be dropping this TB off in a nearby cache soon and get it on its way to Ilhabela, Brazil😎.
