I received this very special travel bug in the mail today. As a Type II diabetic (diagnosed almost five years ago), I am all too aware of the personal cost and the cost to society of this disease. The exercise I get from my geocaching adventures, along with diet control and medication, have brought my diabetes under control. Others are not as lucky as I am. Please help raise awareness of this epidemic, and help this travel bug along its way to Malavalli, India.
