Found Ovalteam 4 cache today. This TB is not in the cache. As indicated in previous note, I think this one is MIA.

Unfortunately this bug appears to have been muggled when the entire cache was. I think it is time to mark it as "Lost". Sorry to the owners and anyone hoping to find it.
