I took this TB and it's India sister. I would've normally left one for the next finder, but snow is around the corner and these would have had a long winter on a mountain top on a road that's closed for 6 months. The "Unite" link is no longer working, but it looks like a nice effort! I'll send Philippines and India in different directions.
