Unfortunately, Cargoman, the owner of "Handy Andy", has reported that this TB has been lost when the "Handy Andy" cache was vandalized. We'll just grab this TB from this listing so it doesn't continue to show as present in the cache, although we certainly don't have it, nor is it likely to ever be seen again.
Too bad -- it was a long shot that this one might ever come close to Snezhinsk anyway, but we hoped it might get a little further than it did.
