"blindsight" was in possession, and had it in a geocache being prepared for drop. Unfortunately, he died of complications of diabetes in Jan 2018 before the drop was made. The geocache box containing this and a variety of other things was found by his young niece and nephews when they were playing and discovered where it had been stored when his property was collected. Owner notified by email, will re-cache or return as requested.
