Netter TB, danke.

We think this TB is floating in a microcache container somewhere in the Caribbean Sea after Hurricane Noel came ashore along the coast of the Dominican Republic last October/November and washed the cache out to sea. Sorry about that. There's a very small chance it may someday wash up on the coast of Brazil, but the TB owner should probably log this TB as MIA. --F4

Well we placed this TB in a microcache that we created and hid along the east coast of the Dominican Republic http://www.geocaching.com/seek/cache_details.aspx?guid=176b7fa4-d75b-43b4-b6a0-b55913c1c164 . But the person (garri) reviewing our first geocache hide is taking a long time deciding whether to approve it or not. If it is not approved soon, I will contact the resort and tell them to retrieve it and mail me the TB. --F4

Retrieve It from a Cache 3/17/2007 FACT Finding Family Four retrieved it from Black Knight Missouri   Visit Log

Well this TB made it back home with me to the St. Louis, Missouri area and visited a few caches with me. I "placed" and immediately retrieved it from this one cache to log the miles from Long Beach to St. Louis. As for where to drop this TB off next... well we're flying down to The Dominican Republic next week for a much needed vacation in the sun; but there aren't any caches near where we're going. So we thought about creating a "vacation micro-cache" (which other geocaching tourists help maintain) there along the DR's east coast. Your TB is the perfect size to fit in such a cache and the DR is also much closer to Brazil, so we're thinking about bringing it along. If you don't want your TB to leave the U.S.A. so soon after being released into the "wild", send us a geo-message before Wednesday March 21. TFTB! Cheers! --F4

Retrieve It from a Cache 3/7/2007 FACT Finding Family Four retrieved it from My Terrarium California   Visit Log

I was visiting Long Beach this past week for a software conference and picked up this TB during an evening walk and cache hunt. I brought the TB home with me to St. Louis, Missouri and will drop it in a cache nearby soon. I looked up some info about Senador Canedo, Brazil http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Senador_Canedo and where it's located http://maps.google.com/maps?f=q&hl=en&q=Senador+Canedo,+Brazil&layer=&ie=UTF8&om=1&z=4&ll=-16.88866,-53.789062&spn=34.265744,88.066406&t=h ...zoom in on the map to see the town up close. Cheers! --F4 (Father)
