The owner should contact Ravenpuff43 who discovered it on 20.Feb.2014 and said "Found this after a move in a money box, not sure how it got there, but planning on hiding it ASAP so someone can move this little guy on his way. Wont be heading to Malaysia anytime soon unfortunately"!
