I'm not going to Japan but I can move this one out of the Sabine National Forest in East Texas. The blue ring is no longer attached, it's just the dog tag and chain.

Grabbed this one from the Baton Rouge Travel Bug Plaza Hotel (GCRTV1). There was no little blue ring attached to it anymore, just the tag and chain were left. Will put it into a cache near my area ASAP. TFTF!
