Received in the mail from Groundspeak, I'd like to release it in honor of my old college pal Dave, who died of complications of Diabetes last year at age 43. A big guy (6'9") with a big heart. So it looks like there are no caches in The Central African Republic 😮. It can get to nearby countries though, lets see what happens.
