    I was fortunate enough to get one of these travel bugs in the mail. Diabetes is a cause that needs more note taken. I have a number of friends and family members who are fighting diabetes. They are in all different stages. Some range from just having discovered the problem and being able to control it with diet and exercise to being fitted with an insulin pump and losing her eyesight. Diabetes is on the rise in young people in particular. Prevention is the key. Diet and exercise is so important.
    Get up. Get out. Get moving.
    Will be placing in a cache in the Tulsa, OK area in the immediate future so that it may begin to spread awareness as it treks across the earth to Dumai, Indonesia.
