This Travel Bug(among all the otHers as well) appear to have been stolen from Z Z Z Z Z Z Z cache, and has been reported as not being in the cache(by more than one cacher) so I am marking it missing until it (Hopefully) shows back up or is re-logged by someone, so others do not continue to search for it here. Sorry.
