    In the meantime could Unite for Diabetes please "Mark the Item as Missing", so it can be removed from the cache inventory. (This option is under Actions on the trackable's web page).

    I'm sorry but this TB is long gone from this cache. Hopefully it will turn up somewhere, but in the meantime it should be removed from the cache inventory to avoid confusion.
