Confirmed, not located in this cache. See the cache log adventure we went though to try and save this TB we THOUGHT was in the cache though! This traveler seems to be missing from the cache it is reported in. While waiting for it to turn up, you should move it location unknown, this will remove the icon from the cache page for the location it is not at...
