This cache is near a popular walking track in the Silverstream area. Nice picnic area with views nearby, fairly easy walk on a well maintained track. One hour return to carpark. Accuracy to 5 metres.
Good gps signals available. Access via whare flat road, parking available at locked gate towards Swampy Summit. Track about 15 minutes from gate, or via Steve Amies track from lower Silverstream.
Cache is small 500ml snaplock container, contains toy compass/whistle, small toy radio, and pcmcia card cf disk adapter
