pazooter: This cache has been a favorite challenging cache for many years. However, construction in the area has made it unreachable and impassable for the time being. The owners feel it is best to archive Up Channelside now, in the hopes that the new owner of "Channelside" will make improvements so that the cache can be re-opened in the future.
