Ammo can located in a solitary prominent feature. Approximately 2 mile round trip. One waypoint. A glorious 360* view awaits you.
We think it is an appropriate time for the geocaching brother, sister, and pupperhood to reflect on what geocaching in the Badlands has meant to us all.
For those of you who have not yet heard, the BLM is considering eliminating regular geocaching as an appropriate recreational activity for the area.
We keep in our hearts fond memories of caching in this unique and quiet area. We invite you to make a short pilgrimage to this great spot. Share a few words of what geocaching in the Badlands means to you.
If you haven't visited the www.oregongeocaching.org chatroom as yet, we encourage you to do so. If the geocaching community's efforts to keep the Badlands open to all geocaching is successful, we will be able to change the name of this cache very soon! In the meantime, let's enjoy the area as long as we can.
