Head over to Hillcrest Park and find the spots where the following photos were taken. At each location, you will find a number (sometimes determined by answering a question.) When you've got all the numbers, you will work out the final coordinates of the cache.

Find the bench dedicated in loving memory of "Big Al". Count the number of vowels in Al's last name. Call it C.
The Dude (in orange) is pointing to a four digit number on this utility box. Call the first digit D.
The Chap (in blue) is pointing to a date engraved on this cannon. It is in the form 17-#-14. Take the single digit in the middle. Call E the square of that number.
