Endlich ist es soweit, dass auch DTM, der drittgrößte Flughafen in NRW, sein eigenes, offiziell vom Flughafen genehmigtes, TB Hotel hat! Ihr könnt hier in Ruhe einchecken und discovern.
Dort findet ihr das Hotel:
Natürlich gibt es im Gebäude keinen wirklich guten GPS Empfang. Daher geht doch einfach mal zur Information in der Abflugebene. Wenn ihr die Rolltreppen raufkommt, rechts abbiegen, da ist die Informationstheke. Dort wird euch bestimmt weiter geholfen, ihr müsst nur fragen. Ausreichend Platz zum ablegen der Reisenden ist vorhanden.
Öffnungszeiten:
Der Flughafen hat keinen 24h-Betrieb. Daher beachtet die Öffnungszeiten des Hotels von 4:30-22:00 Uhr Nur zu dieser Zeit ist die Rezeption besetzt.
Platz zum Loggen:
Such dir eine ruhige Ecke zum loggen, aber bleib bitte im Terminal.
Hinweise für TBs:
Es gibt eine offizielle Genehmigung für den cache und die Sicherheitsbehörden und die Mitarbeiter sind über das Hotel informiert. Eine Bedingung für die Genehmigung des Hotel ist es aber, dass keine sicherheitsbedenklichen Gegenstände abgelegt werden. Das kennt Ihr aber auch schon aus den Guidelines von groundspeak: Sprengstoffe, Feuerwerkskörper, Munition, Feuerzeuge, Messer, Drogen, Alkohol und jegliches illegales Material dürfen nicht in das Hotel gelegt werden.
Da hier viele verreisen, kann es natürlich etwas dauern bis TBs ausgeloggt werden.

Welcome to the official TB Hotel DTM Airport! Please check in and relax.
Location of the Hotel:
The GPS signal is of course poor inside the building. However, just walk to Information desk at the departure level. It is located on the east part of the building. The employees will help you, just ask. Enough space for trackables is available.
Opening hours:
The airport is not 24h hours in opration. So please consider the opening hours from 4:30 am to 10 pm. The recepion is only in that time available
Place to log:
Take a seat in the terminal, but please stay inside.
Note for TBs:
This Hotel has permission by the airport management and security authorities; the staff team at "Airport-Service-Center" is informed and pleased to assist you. It is very important to understand that at such location like an airport we won´t allow any dangerous items as Travelbugs or trade items, such as (but not limited to) explosives, knifes, drugs, alcoholic beverages and other illegal items. The “Airport-Service-Center” staff has the allowance to open and search the content of the cache box at any time or deny a certain item to be placed in the cache box.
