Carnival Revisted: CarnEvil 2012 Mystery Cache

This cache has been archived.

BrotherTim: This was one of my favorites. I have received a lot of great feedback from people about it. This summer it appears that someone not only pulled out most of the tacks, they removed the final. There are numerous new bike trails in the park so it is possible the crew may have pulled everything.

Thanks to everyone who came out for this one. It's time to pack up the Evil Carnival...but don't worry. I heard a rumor that although the carn-evil has left, there are some evil leftovers in the area.

Keep your eyes watching, something wicked this way commeth....

Archived hunters - I am pretty sure this is gone. I could not find it.

For all those who are groaning over this, thank S4C.
He was part of my inspiration for doing this one!
Have fun and when in doubt just keep looking, the trail is there and it is marked.
Hopefully this provides to be challenging.
I will adjust the rating based on feedback if needed.
The rating is at a 4/4 based on having to solve a puzzle to find a cache so you can solve a puzzle to find a cache! Did I mention hills? A hiking stick is your friend.
The tacks are spread out, trust the trail you are on. I have ordered some more tacks so I may be adding a few to make it a little less evil. When you get to a split I have tried to make it so you don't have to walk too far before you will know if you are correct. I am always available by phone!
I have a note in the cache for a faster way back, but you may want to mark your car!

Congratulations to Team GeoGriffin on first to certitude. A change I made wiped out the numbers, but he was the first! Also a very big congratulations to Team GeoGriffin for going out in a hurricane to get FTF! That is what I call a good birthday!
