In July 2012 a group of New Zealand cachers visited Siem Reap and had a great time exploring the ancient temples in the Angkor Wat region. Located 7km south of town, 200m off the main road from town to the Tonle Sap, Wat Atwea is a well-preserved 11th century temple made from laterite and sandstone. Wat Atwea is seemed to be unfinished by the lack of carvings and some of its carvings were abandoned half finished. http://sconzani.blogspot.co.nz/2013/04/wat-atwea-old-new-and-just-plain-funny.html This cache is placed at with in the Wat Atwea temple south of Siem Reap that was visited by the Kiwi's for a "Buddist Water Blessing" Since the cache was placed you now require to hold a Angkor Wat pass to enter this temple. The cache has now been placed on the outside of the outer wall. http://www.tourismcambodia.com/attractions/angkor.htm
