Located next to the village of Longthorpe is the lovely Thorpe Wood Nature Reserve. Unfortunately The Wild Life Trust will not let us hide a cache on their land, so we have hidden our container just outside.
Please park in the nature reserve car park if driving, to avoid suspicion from the locals. Try not to use the lay by near ground zero as work men often use it during the day to work on phone masts nearby. If they are working at the time of your arrival, please do not attempt to get the cache.
The nature reserve is well worth a look, we hope you get the time to have a stroll around it. ****PLEASE NOTE**** The container is quite small and because of its shape, there is nothing we can do about the log book constantly getting damp. We therefore ask you to email us a picture of the cache when you find it, with your GPS to prove you have been there instead. Please send the Furry-Ferrets the picture, and DO NOT post on the cache page. Thank you!
