Dr Who (Wanganui) Mystery Cache

“Dr. Who” is a popular t'v series, which has been running for over 40 years. It has had a resurgence in it's popularity since it was relaunched a number of years ago. I know my teenager's love it!
It is listed in the “Guinness book of world records” as the longest running science fiction show of all time.
This cache is a fun way to acknowledge & pay tribute to that “great” series.
You will need to research the answers to the following questions, in order to work out the “actual” co-ordinates to find the cache.

E= The number of letters in the name of the Doctors oldest foe (plural).
F= The number of letters in the surname of the actor who played “Dr. Who” (2012)
