Geocache Description:

This cache IS at the posted coordinates.

For those who have found at least two of the caches in the "Doctor Who Series"- an extra added bonus. This cache is at the posted coordinates. Once you have found & logged an Odd Number Doctor & an Even Number Doctor you are then ready to find the finale.

Have you seen the 2011 Christmas Special? Then you have an idea as to what happened to the original location of this cache. After the initial mix up discovered using "my timey-wimey detector. It goes ding when there's stuff. Also, it can boil an egg at 30 paces, whether you want it to or not, actually, so I've learned to stay away from hens. It's not pretty when they blow." I decided to simplify the cache, find an odd numbered Doctor, find an Even numbered Doctor and head over to find this cache. The cache IS at the posted coordinates.

Doctor Who is a British science fiction television programme produced by the BBC. The programme depicts the adventures of a mysterious and eccentric Time Lord known as "the Doctor" who travels through time and space in his time machine, the TARDIS (an acronym for Time And Relative Dimension(s) In Space), which normally appears from the exterior to be a blue 1950s British police box. With his companions, he explores time and space, faces a variety of foes and saves civilizations, helping people and righting wrongs. The programme is listed in Guinness World Records as the longest-running science fiction television show in the world.

Doctor Who first appeared on BBC television at 17:15 GMT on 23 November 1963, following discussions and plans that had been in progress for a year. The programme originally ran from 1963 to 1989. After an unsuccessful attempt to revive regular production with a backdoor pilot in the form of a 1996 television film, the programme was relaunched in 2005.

The Doctor has been principally played by eleven actors. The transition from one actor to another is written into the plot of the show as regeneration, whereby the character of the Doctor takes on a new body and, to some extent, new personality. Although each portrayal is different, and on occasion the various incarnations have even met one another, they are all meant to be aspects of the same character.

Besides television, the Doctor has appeared in two feature films Doctor Who and the Daleks in 1965 and Daleks - Invasion Earth: 2150 in 1966. There was also a wonderful short made Doctor Who and the Curse of Fatal Death in 1999 to benefit Comic Relief... Other specials have been produced for charity, those have featured previous incarnations of the Doctor.

Then again, you already knew that, didn't you? You probably even know about the wobbly lever... clever little human that you are.

As caches containing coordinates are published they will be listed here.
