SCHEDULE OF EVENTS
0900: Launch 'Sputnik 2010' (GC2JPJJ)
0900-0930: Track 'Sputnik 2010' over the Internet until signal loss
0930-0945: Discussion about the creation of the cache, design ideas etc...
0945-1000: GPS accuracy field test
1000-1030: Coffee/donuts, TB/Coin display, socialize
1030-1100: expect signal gain from 'Sputnik 2010'
1100-UTC: Retrieve 'Sputnik 2010'/end event

UPDATE: It would seem Sputnik 2010 won't even be the second geocache into space, but the third. The other one went up into near space on the West Coast in 2008. Well, at least we'll be representing the East Coast now :)
