This is an extreme cache in the Remarkables Mountain area, requiring experience of travelling in mountainous areas.
The cache is unsuitable for children and potential finders should ensure that they are prepared for adventure in a mountain environment.
The cache is a 750ml screw top painted red.
The clue makes it pretty obvious, you might want to be pretty sure that you are going to find it if you go to the effort of getting up there.
There are severe drops in the area, so please exercise caution. It is possible to complete this cache unroped, but you might feel safer at one or two points if you use a rope.
Please seek advice if you are uncertain about any aspect of getting to this cache.
This cache would not be accessible when snow is on the ground. The height of the cache is 2206m.

The cache is named EXTREME ICE CREAM due to the fact that it is in the area of Single Cone and Double Cone.
Please do not build rock cairns near the hut, it causes problems with helicopters trying to land nearby! Thanks!
