No response from the cache owner.
No cache to find or log to sign.
It has been more than 28 days since the last owner note.

As a result I am archiving this cache to keep from continually showing up in search lists and to prevent it from blocking other cache placements.

Geocache Description:

This night cache and its location are named in honour of the woman who donated this remnant bushland for the protection of koalas. The reserve gives an insight into how Phillip Island would have looked prior to European settlement, and is home to a wide variety of wildlife. Although this is a night cache, it’s worth a second visit for daylight exploration. I also recommend you take the time to read the signboard – it taught me something I didn’t know about Phillip Island’s koalas!

At the waypoint the first of a series of reflectors will be visible by torchlight; at the first reflector the second will be visible, and so on; follow the reflectors for about half an hour to find the cache, which is marked by two reflectors. It’s a mostly flat, easy walk, although after rain there might be a few puddles.

A good torch is essential – our head-torch detected most, BUT NOT ALL, of the reflectors. And don’t be put off by things that go bump in the night – or misled by paired reflectors which move – as the signboard attests, wallabies and possums live here!

The starting waypoint is located at:
S 38 28.ABC
E 145 16.DEF

where:
A = 2 more than the number of letters in Florence’s tea guest’s name
B = 2 more than twice the number of walks there are to choose from
C = 2 more than the number of vehicles pictured on the (rather inaccurate!) map
D = the second last digit in the Koala Conservation Centre’s phone number
E = the number of hours it’ll take to follow the black arrows
F = the first digit in the Friends of the Koalas’ PO Box number, multiplied by the sum of the remaining digits

**NOTE: this park will be closed during days of Total Fire Ban
