Medium-size generic Lock-N-Lock. (NOTE: This is an off-brand
lock-n-lock & didn't snap very good. In order to make it
leak-proof (I hope!!), I had to rely on cacher-ingenuity &
squirt some silicone down in the crack. This makes it difficult to
close, but it still can be. Please make sure it's sealed before
placing it back. Thanks.)
This should be a GREAT place to drop travel bugs which need to
go north or south. Hwy 7 is a well-traveled vacation route. All
that is required here is a degree of stealth to ensure our location
stays between just us cachers. Turn off your vehicle & listen
for oncoming traffic before making the mad dash to the cache.
:)
It'll probably have several goodies in it, so it would be wise
to carry it back to the vehicle to sift through your treasures.
That way, you can just use the excuse that you are a traveler
stopped on the side of the road doing....hummm, whatever travelers
do on the side of the road.
Please camo it back well & remember stealth. This is a rural
area, but a well traveled road. This might make for a GREAT
night-cache, as would a few more in the same general area.
Contains log, a bit of history to read, some goodies, &
probably a Travel Bug or three.
NOTE: You'll often find caching pencils and/or laminated
caching info cards in my caches. These are for you to take &
use if you need them. They aren't SWAG that you must trade for.
Please just take 1 of each though, so others can have a chance
also.
